Itinerary
Day 1, Windhoek to Etosha: We depart from Windhoek at noon. With a short stop in Otjiwarongo we arrive outside the gates of Etosha National Park before sunset. Our guides prepare a sumptuous dinner after which an early night is recommended to prepare for the day ahead.
Day 2, Etosha National Park: An early start allows us to see the game in full action. At mid-morning we stop for a light breakfast. We visit various waterholes where the game congregates in large numbers. We escape the mid-day heat with a rest at Halali camp, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch and a swim in the pool. After lunch we explore the 4500km² salt pan from which the park derives its name. Dinner is prepared at a lodge outside the park where we will spend the night.
Day 3, Etosha to Windhoek: Our early morning game drive will be dedicated to the various predators of the park. The drive back to Windhoek will take us past the craft market at Okahandja and include a light lunch.
